Limited 30-Day Manufacturer’s Defect Warranty
Trinity Hockey Co
This Limited Warranty is provided by Trinity Hockey Co (“Company”) for hockey sticks sold
directly by the Company or through its authorized sellers.
1. Warranty Coverage
Trinity Hockey Co warrants that each new hockey stick purchased will be free
from manufacturer’s defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use for a period of thirty (30) days from the original date of purchase (“Warranty Period”) and breaking before 30 days of receiving replacement of same or kind quality stick
2. What Is Considered a Manufacturer’s Defect
A manufacturer’s defect includes:
• Structural failure due to faulty materials or workmanship
• Bonding or lamination failures not caused by impact or misuse
• Premature separation of blade, shaft, or internal components under normal play
conditions
The Company will determine, in its sole reasonable judgment, whether a defect is covered under this warranty.
3. What Is Not Covered
This Limited Warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic damage (scratches, chips, paint wear, graphics wear)
• Abuse, misuse, or neglect
• Use outside normal hockey play conditions
• Intentional damage or modification
• Improper storage or handling
• Cuts, cracks, or breaks caused by slashes, impacts, or contact with boards, posts, skates,
or other equipment
• Custom alterations, extensions, or repairs by anyone other than the Company
Breakage during routine play without evidence of a manufacturing defect is considered normal risk and is not automatically covered.
4. Warranty Remedy
If a valid claim is approved within the Warranty Period, Trinity Hockey Co will, at its option:
• Repair the stick, or
• Replace the stick with the same model, or
• Replace with a comparable model if the original is unavailable
Replacement items do not extend the original warranty period.
5. How to Make a Claim
To submit a warranty claim, the purchaser must provide:
• Proof of purchase showing date and seller
• Photos clearly showing the defect and full stick
• Description of how the issue occurred
Claims must be submitted within the 30-day Warranty Period. The Company may request return of the product for inspection before approval.
6. Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trinity Hockey Co shall not be liable for:
• Incidental or consequential damages
• Loss of use
• Personal injury or property damage arising from product use
The Company’s maximum liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
7. Transferability
This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
8. Governing Law
This warranty is governed by applicable state law where the product was sold, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
